Community Living Algoma is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives, policies and programs. The role partners with staff, leaders, and unions to foster an inclusive workplace and ensure compliant HR operations.

The successful candidate will manage recruitment, labour relations, safety, and reporting while collaborating across the organization to support strategic goals and a values-driven culture.
