Position Summary Are you a visionary leader with a passion for building and optimizing business-critical applications? We are seeking an innovative

Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the evolution of our custom Salesforce system. In this hands‐on leadership role, you will architect, manage, and deliver solutions that empower every area of our business—from finance and manufacturing to sales and customer support.

What You'll Do

Drive Custom Salesforce Development

Take ownership of our Salesforce platform, leading the design and delivery of custom solutions that address complex business needs.



Your expertise will be critical in maximizing our Salesforce investment.

Champion Integration and Modernization

Oversee the development, upgrade, and support of all core business applications, with a strong emphasis on integrating Salesforce with SAP, Kinaxis, and other enterprise platforms.

Strategic Partnership

Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to align IT initiatives with business strategy, set priorities, and deliver impactful results.

Full Lifecycle Ownership

Lead projects from concept through deployment, ensuring robust requirements gathering, agile development, rigorous testing, and continuous improvement.

Technical Leadership

Provide hands‐on guidance in application architecture, coding standards, and best practices—especially in Salesforce, and related technologies.

Lead and Support

Help grow and mentor multiple application developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Continuous Improvement

Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, and champion the adoption of new tools and technologies.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high‐quality solutions on time and within budget.

What You Bring

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and significant, relevant qualified experience





Salesforce Expertise

Proven experience in custom Salesforce development and administration, including integrations and automation.

Bonus Skills

Experience with Kinaxis and/or SAP development is a strong plus.

Technical Toolkit

Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Kinaxis, Informatica, SQL, and modern reporting tools.

Business Acumen

Deep understanding of business processes in finance, manufacturing, and CRM.

Leadership

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams, manage projects, and drive results in a quick‐paced environment.

Communication

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‐technical stakeholders.

Problem‐Solving

Innovative thinker with a track record of delivering creative solutions to complex challenges.

Project Management

Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
