Technical Recruiter Location: London Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite CES), a division of The Arrow Group of Companies, is seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong background in technical and professional recruiting across industrial and manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical, professional, and leadership positions within automation, automotive, industrial, and agricultural/greenhouse sectors .

Create, post, and manage job advertisements on various recruiting platforms. Proactively headhunt and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools. Conduct candidate screening, phone interviews, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews .

Perform market surveys and compensation benchmarking to support recruiting strategies. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the company ATS/HRIS system. Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, hiring managers,



and candidates to ensure a high-quality recruitment experience. 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in an agency or corporate recruiting environment. ~ Proven recruitment experience in the following areas: ~ Executive-level recruitment ~ Experience recruiting within one or more of the following industries: ~ Automotive ~ Industrial/Manufacturing ~ Agricultural and Greenhouse Operations ~ Strong understanding of technical job requirements, manufacturing operations, and industrial workforce needs. ~ Technical Skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) HRIS and ATS systems Customer hiring portals / vendor management systems Strong sourcing and networking abilities for hard-to-fill technical positions.
