Your role will involve monitoring customer networks, troubleshooting reported faults, and performing hands-on maintenance for critical systems. - Provide telephone support to satellite communication customers
- Conduct corrective maintenance on RF communication equipment
- Ensure accurate documentation of network issues




- Monitor remote networks and take corrective actions
- Assist in implementing new services with the engineering team Requirements:
- 3-year Electronics/Telecommunications Diploma required
