YW Calgary seeks a dedicated Recovery Support Worker to provide recovery-focused services to women in Transitional Housing. You will develop recovery service plans, deliver individual and group support, and connect clients to community services. This in office role runs Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.

to 6:00 p.m., with a strong emphasis on safety, advocacy, and collaboration. Ideal candidates hold a degree or diploma in Social Work or Addiction Services, with 3+ years’ experience addressing
