EssilorLuxottica’s LensCrafters opening seeks an Assistant Manager dedicated to leading the team and delivering exceptional vision care experiences. You will drive sales performance, maintain store standards, and collaborate with the Store Manager to coach staff and optimize daily operations.

This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, a robust customer-service mindset, and solid cash-handling and computer skills to support store success.
