Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, geological engineering, or a related fieldMember of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in materials testing and quality controlExperience managing projects and supervising technical teamsKnowledge of MTMD, BNQ, CSA, and industry standards and practicesDemonstrated communication, client relations, and leadership skillsStrong organizational skills, skilled rigor,
