If you are looking for a as needed or casual gig - that's fine, your tasks would include: Picking & hauling bales when we need you (large rounds & some small squares). Hauling equipment when we need you. Hauling or moving grain when we need you. Cleaning up after yourself. Be attentive to detail. Reporting any issues immediately. Be reliable & punctual. If you are looking for a more stable part or full time opportunity - great! In addition to the above, your daily tasks may include any of the following: Operating a feed truck in a feedlot, Feeding cows with a processor pulled by a tractor. Operating a loader w/bucket. Operating a smaller Volvo loader. Operating a merlo. Operating various tractors w/attachments. Operating a skidsteer. Operating an atv. Operating a post-pounder. (I am not sure what else for equipment I am forgetting) Servicing & maintaining all of the above. All aspects of haying (round & small squares). Baling straw (round & small squares). Cereal crop production requirements. Yard & facility maintenance in an agricultural setting. Building maintenance. Feed mill & operations & maintenance. Bedding cattle. All other duties as required.
