Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and flair, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
- Follow established recipes and food presentation guidelines to deliver visually appealing meals.
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and hygiene practices.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients for service.
- Serve guests efficiently by ensuring timely delivery of hot, fresh meals while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations, throughout each shift.




- Support inventory management by rotating stock appropriately and notifying management of supply needs or shortages.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, demonstrating strong food preparation and cooking skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques to ensure health standards are met.
- Familiarity with meal preparation processes within the food industry or kitchen setting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members.
- Prior experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and kitchen operations preferred.
- A proactive approach to learning new recipes and culinary techniques to enhance menu offerings.

Pay: From $19.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
