Vancouver's top concierge service company is looking to fill a full-time Concierge position at one of Vancouver's most prestigious residential buildings.

Position Available:

1) North Vancouver - Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun 4:00pm - 12:00am (32 hours/week)

Duties Include:

- Provide front desk service to residents in a friendly and professional manner

- Maintain safety and security of building, including monitoring of security cameras

- Enforce bylaws and follow established protocols for non-compliance

- Conduct patrols of building common areas

- Diligent record keeping of all incidents in the building

- Emergency response procedures (e.g. fire, flood)

Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to use computers and software (e.g. camera surveillance, security systems,



Microsoft Office programs)

- Organized and able to multi-task

- Good judgment

- Fluent in English and good communication skills

- Minimum one year concierge, customer service or front desk experience for Concierge position

Assets:
- Hospitality education

- Valid security license

Wage:

- Depending on experience
