Hourly wage: $20 - $22 (depending on performance)

Responsibilities:

- Representing Little Sister Getaways through skilled and thorough services;
- Thorough and detailed cleaning of our rental units (beds, washrooms, full kitchens, patios);
- Ensuring each home is set up for guest’s arrival accordingly as explained during your training;
- Consistently maintaining attention to detail and highest cleanliness standards;
- Helping to set up new vacation homes entering our rental pool;
- Completing cleaning within the time assigned;
- Maintaining the Laundry Room clean and organized;
- Processing laundry (sorting, washing, drying, folding, stocking on shelves) if needed;
- Other duties, as needed.

Our ideal candidate should have:

- Experience with hotel/ residential cleaning (including Deep Cleaning);
- Experience with laundry operations will be an asset;
- Keen attention to detail;
- Strong work ethic and pride in a job well done;
- Physical ability to perform job duties: climbing stairs, bending, lifting up to 40 Ibs;
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals;
- Ability to work flexible hours and altered work schedule (weekends and holidays) with overtime as required;
- Good interpersonal skills (you will be working within a diverse team - respectful and professional communication is a must);
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks;
- Having Alberta Driver's License will be an asset.

Staff Accommodation:

- Subject to availability. Currently we have one spot in the female-only shared room, located on site.
- Rent:



$650/ month - deducted from the paycheck.
- Damage Deposit equal to one month rent required before moving in.

Benefits:

- Extended healthcare with vision and dental coverage available for full-time employees after 6 months.

Requirements:

- Communicative English.
- Availability 10AM - 5PM; part-time positions: min 2-4 shifts/ week; full-time position: 5 shifts/ week.

Summer Bonus:

- Extra $2 for each hour worked until October 17th (full-time: 35h+/ week).
- Extra $1 for each hour worked until October 17th (part-time: min 15h/ week).
- Bonus will be paid out on the first paycheck after October 17th.
