Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to serve as Standardized Patients. In this role, you will simulate real patient scenarios to assist in medical training and assessment. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to healthcare education by providing authentic patient interactions that help future healthcare professionals develop their clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Portray specific medical conditions or histories consistently and convincingly during simulated clinical encounters.
- Follow detailed case scripts and scenarios provided by educators or program coordinators.
- Maintain confidentiality of all case information and adhere to standardized protocols.
- Complete training sessions to familiarize yourself with various case scenarios and evaluation criteria.

Experience

- Prior SP experience, acting, customer service, teaching, or healthcare is preferred but not required.




- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to portray emotions and medical conditions convincingly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripted scenarios accurately.
- Professional attitude with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for training sessions and simulation appointments. This role is instrumental in shaping competent healthcare professionals by providing realistic patient interactions that enhance learning outcomes. Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
