What You’ll Do

You may have developed that experience through engineering, machining, welding, fabrication, maintenance, farming, equipment repair, trades, hobbies or another hands-on mechanical background.

You should be comfortable looking at a mechanical problem, figuring out how it works, and coming up with a practical solution.

We are looking for someone who:

* Has strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.

* Has hands-on experience with machining, welding, fabrication, equipment, or manufacturing.

* Can work independently and take ownership of a project.

* Can organize and manage multiple projects and priorities.

* Is willing to learn. Filtration experience is not required; we will provide training.

Preferred Qualifications

* Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.

* Experience in product development, manufacturing, machinery, or industrial equipment.

* Experience with CAD and mechanical drawings.

* Experience taking products or equipment from concept through prototype and production.

Strong practical mechanical experience will be considered alongside formal education.
