We are currently seeking a customer-focused and energetic Service Advisor to join our busy service team. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and technicians, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service, clear communication, and a seamless ownership experience.

Duties and Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
Create, manage, and maintain accurate repair orders.
Clearly explain recommended services, maintenance requirements, and associated costs.
Provide customers with regular updates regarding vehicle status and repair timelines.
Prepare estimates and review invoices with customers.
Process customer payments and maintain service documentation.
Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate completion of repairs.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Support the Service Manager and department goals to ensure a positive customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications Previous automotive service experience required.

1. 2 years of Service Advisor experience is considered an asset.

Experience with CDK dealership software preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Solid attention to detail and aptitude for numbers.




Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.

Pay: $31,000k - $40,000k annual salary plus bonus
