In this role, you will perform the essential functions of a Registered Nurse according to college standards, ensuring compliance with nursing practice. Supervision of staff, communication with families, and coordination with interdisciplinary team members are key aspects of your duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments, planning, and implementation of nursing care
- Supervise and mentor Personal Support Workers effectively




- Maintain communication with families for updates on care
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and policies
- Monitor medication supplies and oversee their management

Requirements:

- Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses
- Experience in nursing and supervision preferred
- CPR Certified with excellent leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to converse in Chinese is an asset
