Enhance patient nutrition at The Ottawa Hospital as a Registered Dietitian. Provide therapeutic nutrition and education within an inter-qualified setting during 8-hour day shifts.

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our team. This role requires a Baccalaureate in Science or related field, completion of a Dietetic Internship, and membership with the College of Dietitians of Ontario. You will utilize advanced knowledge in medical terminology and therapeutic nutrition while fostering communication and mentoring within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nutritional assessments and individualized care plans
- Educate patients and health team members on dietary practices
- Supervise and mentor junior staff as needed




- Collaborate in program development for patient populations
- Document and maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field
- Post graduate Dietetic Internship completion
- Member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario
- Advanced English and French communication skills
- Experience with cardiac patient programs preferred
