Job Description The Northside Collaborative Clinic isseeking a Family Physician to provide Locum coverage March 8th, 2027 to March 12th, 2027.
Responsibilities
delivery of comprehensive primary health care services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness
work with other providers in the clinic to provide cross coverage and same day access
utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) and record all relevant patient details in a provincially approved EMR which is accessible to all collaborating team members
Remuneration
guaranteed daily minimum income of $1,200 for family physicians ($600 or half-day)
additional shadow billings if above amount is exceeded.
accommodations up to $300 per night
travel expenses (including air fare up to $1,500)
Northside Collaborative Clinic is a private family physician practice that is part of a supportive, collaborative group of five physicians. The clinic benefits from a long-term, dedicated administrative assistant with over 18 years of experience, offering exceptional continuity and a wealth of knowledge.




The team also includes an RN and LPN who are readily available for questions and assistance, fostering a collegial and efficient work workplace. Social work services are integrated into the practice, enhancing patient care through a team-based approach.

The clinic uses the Accuro EMR system to support seamless coordination and high-quality care delivery.
