Lead the design and development of transmissions, driveline systems, and componentsCollaborate closely with teams such as CAE, NVH, durability, vehicle dynamics, packaging, and manufacturing to ensure seamless integration and optimal performanceDevelop and execute validation plans, including component/system bench and vehicle testing, to verify performance and durabilityIdentify and resolve technical issues through root cause analysis and problem-solving techniquesCreate, implement, and manage engineering best practices, including core DFMEA and DVP documentation for driveline systemsWhat's Needed?




Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field;
a Master’s degree is preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in automotive engineering, focusing on transmissions and driveline systemsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues and optimize designsKnowledge of transmissions and driveline components such as Power Transfer Units, Rear Drive Modules, Gears, Bearings, and Torque ConvertersExcellent interpersonal communication skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindsetWhat's in it for me?
