Assist with assigned project under direction of the Project Manager Project ExecutiveAssist with project budgets and minimize exposure and risk on projectsEnsure procurement and proposal development activities move according to scheduleCommunicate effectively with the sub-contractors and vendors responsible for completing various phases of workCoordinate the efforts of all parties involved in projects, including the owner, architect, consultants, contractors,



and sub-contractorsMonitor/report the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with clients and/or consultant teamMaintain strict adherence to quality and safety standardsIntegrate new technology and mining methods at existing projects to improve productionAssist with preparation of post-bid work plans, procurement, scheduling, and cost controlActively participate in production tracking and post-job analysisRequirements
A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar10+ years of experience with Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) operations, specifically EPB & Mixshield TBMs.Hands-on experience with Herrenknecht equipment5 or more years’ experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager in heavy civil, mining, or a related areaPrevious experience with project management, field engineering, estimating, and/or project schedulingAbility and willingness to work on construction sites (mines and tunnels) within an underground environmentOSHA 30, MSHA Instructor and Underground Mine Examiner Certifications are all preferredOur Mission
