Join our Lending Products team as a Senior Product Manager, where you’ll coach and support the high-performing team responsible for managing and administering FCC’s lending products and programs.Drawing on your understanding of our lending product suite, you’ll perform analysis and collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to manage and maintain our financial products and sustainability programs.In this role, you’ll influence leaders through confident communication and sharp analysis - and inspire others as an informal leader, creating an workplace where success is shared.Your ability to manage competing priorities with precision and navigate across diverse domains with ease will ensure you drive meaningful impact.What you’ll do




Perform analysis on product performance and defectsManage product backlog and team workloadManage and coach the team in administration of products and programsCollaborate with Operations teams to sustain and improve product uptakeManage complex corporate-level prioritiesCo-author business cases for new major featuresCoach and mentor the team by providing best practice recommendations and on-the-job trainingWhat you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, finance, business or marketingMinimum six years of transferable experienceDemonstrated capacity to handle high-volume tasks accurately and efficientlyDemonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and follow through on commitmentsPreferred qualifications
