They manage projects ranging from $200K to over $100M, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client-centred care. They integrate service delivery needs into design, translate user requirements into technical plans, and communicate between leadership, medical staff, and project teams. Acting as the owner’s representative, they lead construction projects, oversee quality and compliance, maintain records, and foster collaboration across departments and partners while promoting a positive, innovative work environment.Human Resources Exemption : NoEducation
