Manage day-to-day operational health of on-premises infrastructure, AWS workloads, and Microsoft Cloud servicesLead infrastructure projects from scoping and vendor engagement through implementation, testing, and acceptanceOperate network infrastructure including Fortinet firewall and switching environmentsAdminister backup and disaster recovery operations across Veeam, Dell EMC Avamar / Data Domain, and NetBackup environmentsManage user access, identity administration, software access, and security policy enforcementMaintain vendor relationships, procurement support activities, and SLA trackingBuild and maintain runbooks, architecture diagrams, and procedural documentation
