As Director of People & Culture, you will shape strategies that support a dynamic team of around 50 employees during a pivotal transformation. You will oversee performance processes, facilitate internal communications, and act as a vital advisor to leadership. Your expertise will drive the development of a solid company culture, ensuring employees are aligned with the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:



- Lead culture and engagement initiatives across a hybrid team - Own performance management processes and their implementation - Implement clear internal communications with leadership - Advise department leads on people-related matters - Uphold HRIS accuracy and compliance with Canadian law
Requirements: - 7+ years in People roles, ideally in tech - Proven track record in culture or performance management - Experience in hybrid work culture development - Strong knowledge of Ontario employment law - Comfort with AI tools and strategies
