Key Responsibilities:



- Lead and mentor manufacturing/process engineers and technicians - Own and optimize manufacturing processes for product lines - Manage CAPEX projects from conception to commissioning - Drive initiatives for continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma - Partner with maintenance to enhance equipment reliability
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or related Engineering field - Over 5 years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience - 2+ years in a leadership role preferred - Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles - Solid analytical and project management skills
