Entering and tracking supplier and subcontractor invoices, as well as accounts payable and receivable;
- Preparing monthly payment requests and payments to suppliers and subcontractors;
- Following up on withholdings, receipts, terminations, and other documents required for projects;
- Collaborate with project managers to validate information and ensure proper file tracking;




- Ensure data accuracy and keep accounting records up to date;
- Assist with various related accounting and administrative tasks. 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience;
-Experience in the construction industry is a solid asset;
-Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite;
-Knowledge of project-based accounting;
-Knowledge of Maestro is an asset;
-Knowledge of the CCQ and the CNESST is an asset;
-Barber who comes to the office every 3 weeks -4 weeks of vacation
