- Lead the development of campaign ideas and own strategic planning and ideation
- Provide hands-on oversight of campaign execution and ensure touchpoints support strategy
- Manage workback schedules, status reports and budget trackers
- Motivate teams to deliver high-quality work despite roadblocks and challenges
- Provide insightful client counsel and build trusted client relationships
- Manage one or two team members through coaching, feedback and growth support
- Work closely with senior leadership; report to a Senior Vice President
- Participate in phone screening, virtual and in-person interviews, assignment, reference checks and offer process
Requirements
- Significant experience leading public relations or integrated communications programs, ideally in an agency environment
- Confident people leadership and coaching ability
- High standards and commitment to raising the bar

- Ability to complete a short at-home Craft assignment
- References required
- Ability to work in Craft’s hybrid model, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the Toronto office
