Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our financial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Perform account reconciliations to verify accuracy across multiple ledgers and financial statements
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Ceridian, Kronos, and ADP to record transactions and generate reports
- Conduct data entry with precision to maintain up-to-date financial records and transaction logs
- Support payroll processing by verifying employee hours and ensuring correct deductions using systems like ADP or Kronos




- Assist with budgeting activities by analyzing expenses and preparing financial forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Skills

- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Ceridian, Kronos, and ADP
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and account reconciliation techniques
- 7+ years of Experience with payroll systems and processing payroll accurately using tools like UltiPro or Kronos
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to perform account analysis and support budgeting efforts effectively
- Familiarity with financial services industry practices is a plus
- Strong math skills combined with analytical thinking for thorough account analysis
