Lead the finance function as the Accounting Manager with Adi Development in Burlington, Ontario. This hands-on role involves month-end close, reporting, and team leadership in a forward-thinking company. Reporting to the Controller, you will manage daily accounting operations, including financial reporting, payroll, and audit support over various corporate and project entities.

With a focus on innovation, you will design effective processes and lead a team of accounting professionals while setting objectives that align with corporate strategy. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop accounting team members, ensuring skill growth
- Manage the month-end close and prepare financial statements
- Oversee bank and debt reconciliations for corporate projects




- Supervise compliance with tax and payroll regulations
- Drive lean accounting initiatives and utilize AI for efficiency Requirements:
- Completed CPA designation required; no in-progress candidates
- Minimum seven years in accounting, with two years of leadership
- Experience in real estate development or construction accounting
- Proficient in Excel, Power Query, and financial modeling
