Reporting to the director and his team, the administrative assistant plays a key role in providing support to brokers. He or she performs various administrative tasks, including issuing documents, preparing files, invoicing, and data entry. He or she works closely with brokers to ensure a high level of service.

Brokers, a rapidly expanding family-owned business recognized as one of the industry's leaders, is seeking an Administrative Assistant specializing in Trucking Insurance (Fleet) to join its team in Boucherville. Your Day-to-Day
Support brokers with all administrative requests Prepare insurance documents (applications, policies, coverage notes, certificates, and any other relevant documents) Handle billing, verify, and send documents, whether for new business, renewals, endorsements, or cancellations
Enter data, file,
and scan various documents Follow up with stakeholders via phone and email Reconcile company accounts Cover the front desk as requested or as needed Participate in and collaborate on specific projects as needed
Perform all other related tasks What would help
Hold a diploma of vocational studies (DEP) or its equivalent At least one year of experience in an administrative role Excellent command of written and spoken French Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using computer software
