The Agronomy

Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the position is vital for advancing ADAMA Canada's solutions-based offerings. It requires effective collaboration with Product Management and the Global Product Development Team, focusing on customer-driven product concepts and industry solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to Technical Sales Agronomy teams
- Oversee field trials for product evaluation
- Facilitate technical knowledge sharing for launches
- Collaborate on differentiated product concepts
- Champion safety and compliance in operations Requirements:
- University degree in agricultural life sciences
- Minimum of 15 years experience in the Ag industry
- Solid strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships
