This is an opportunity for an experienced Software Developer with a strong understanding of AI-assisted development and prompt engineering. Ideally this person will have hands-on development experience and be knowledgeable in how AI technologies and prompt-based workflows can be leveraged to improve software development and business processes. Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using modern programming languages.
Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to support development and productivity initiatives. Create, refine, and optimize prompts for AI-powered development workflows. Collaborate with technical teams to identify opportunities for AI-enabled process improvements.
Apply development best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Support experimentation and adoption of emerging AI technologies within development 4-5+ years of software development experience. ~ Solid programming experience in one or more of: ~ Python ~ Java ~ Node.js ~ Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices. ~ Experience working with AI tools, generative AI platforms, or prompt engineering concepts. ~ Ability to effectively apply AI technologies to software development and operational activities. ~ Bonus Points For Experience incorporating AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows.
