Aircraft Maintenance

Engineers (AME) play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and airworthiness of a diverse fleet of helicopters. Working alongside a highly skilled maintenance team, this position is responsible for performing inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and scheduled maintenance in accordance with Transport Canada regulations, manufacturer requirements, and Alpine Aerotech’s quality standards. Through technical expertise, precision, and a commitment to excellence, the Aircraft Maintenance Engineers help ensure every aircraft leaves our facility safe, reliable, and mission ready.

Every inspection, repair, and maintenance task contributes directly to the safety of aircraft, flight crews, and customers around the world. As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, your expertise and attention to detail ensure helicopters continue to operate safely and reliably in some of the world’s most demanding environments. Aircraft

Maintenance & Repair Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on rotary wing aircraft and related components. Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and functional testing of aircraft systems.



Service aircraft and support maintenance activities using approved tools, equipment, and procedures.

Utilize maintenance manuals, technical publications, and approved documentation to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. Quality & Regulatory Compliance Complete, certify, and maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and company procedures. Ensure all maintenance activities meet regulatory requirements, manufacturer specifications, and Alpine Aerotech’s quality standards.

Follow all company procedures, protected work practices, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Teamwork & Technical Excellence Collaborate with fellow Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, Apprentices, Inspectors, and leadership to achieve production goals while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards. Assist in mentoring and training Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, supporting their technical development and professional growth.

Continuous Improvement

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and operational performance. Stay current with evolving maintenance practices, aircraft systems, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Valid Transport

Canada M1 and/or M2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) Licence. Previous experience maintaining rotary wing aircraft;





experience with Airbus H125 and/or EC 135 helicopters is considered a strong asset. Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance practices, troubleshooting techniques, and applicable maintenance documentation. Ability to interpret technical manuals, maintenance instructions, engineering data, and regulatory requirements.
