Active, we are seeking a full time Member Engagement Associate to ensure our members receive a five-star experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task efficiently. Engage with guests to meet their needs, assist with inquiries, and maintain cleanliness in the front lobby and cafe. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet members warmly and assist with inquiries
- Answer questions about fitness schedules and services
- Process day passes for prospective clients
- Maintain cleanliness of front lobby and cafe
- Update member records in CRM software

Requirements:

- 1+ year experience in customer service
- Post-secondary education in health and fitness (asset)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to conduct a Criminal Background Check
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
