Introduction

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to support a large-scale Contact Centre Transformation initiative. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering cloud-native contact centre solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS technologies. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery leadership to modernize enterprise customer engagement platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7 years of enterprise solution architecture experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing Amazon Connect.
- Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services, including:
- AWS Lambda
- API Gateway
- IAM
- CloudWatch
- S3
- DynamoDB
- EventBridge

- Experience designing cloud-native applications and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Contact Centre technologies and customer experience solutions.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs and middleware.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable contact centre solutions using Amazon Connect.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of AWS-based customer engagement platforms.
- Design omnichannel customer experiences including voice, chat, and digital interactions.
- Build and optimize Amazon Connect contact flows, routing strategies, IVR, and queue management.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with enterprise applications including CRM, ERP, and third-party platforms.
- Design and implement cloud-native integrations using REST APIs, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, and other AWS services.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in solution design workshops and provide technical leadership during implementation.
- Support Agile delivery teams throughout design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, scalability, and performance standards.
