Infosys is seeking an experienced AMS / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support production applications and ensure high availability of critical systems. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in Incident Management, Application Support, Monitoring & Observability tools, and the Telematics/Connected Car domain.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support production applications to ensure system availability and performance.
- Manage the complete Incident Management lifecycle, including detection, triage, resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Investigate and resolve production issues while minimizing business impact.
- Utilize monitoring and observability tools to identify system health issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve incidents.
- Perform problem management and recommend preventive solutions.
- Create and maintain operational documentation and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with SLA and operational standards.
- Support continuous service improvement and automation initiatives.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Application Management Services (AMS) or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Strong experience in Incident Management and Production Support.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Incident Management lifecycle (Detection, Triage, Resolution, RCA).
- Experience in Telematics, Connected Car, or Automotive domain.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ITIL processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools is preferred.
