Elevate donor engagement with Science World as the Annual Giving Manager. Lead fundraising strategies that inspire support for STEAM education and enhance donor relationships throughout British Columbia. This full-time role reports to the Director, Major Gifts, and is essential in executing fundraising initiatives.

You will identify and cultivate relationships with donors, manage annual giving programs, and support revenue goals through various giving channels. Your attention to detail and interpersonal skills will foster strong connections within the community. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute annual giving strategies for donor engagement
- Collaborate with the Development team on donor identification




- Oversee implementation of monthly and online giving campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of donations with the Database Specialist
- Lead donor communication and stewardship activities Requirements:
- 5-7 years in non-profit fundraising
- Proven track record in donor cultivation
- Solid communication skills with diverse audiences
- Proficiency in database management and reporting
