- Produce and review complete construction drawings in AutoCAD
- Participate in the bidding process, including analyzing bids, preparing estimates, and negotiating costs

- Practical experience in the architecture field in Canada
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
- Excellent understanding of buildings and building envelopes

- Comfortable contributing to estimates, reviewing bids, and monitoring construction sites
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Occasional travel to construction sites, including locations as far as the Bas-Saint-Laurent region
