We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Area Manager for our Cafe and Bakery operations to lead multiple locations with passion and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily store performance, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all sites within your designated region. As an Area Manager, you will inspire teams, implement process improvements, and foster a vibrant, welcoming environment that celebrates quality baked goods and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate multiple cafe/bakery locations to achieve sales targets and operational goals through effective team management and strategic planning.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, cultivating customer relationships, and expanding market reach within your area.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Supervise hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of store managers and staff to cultivate high-performing teams.
- Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and managing budgets to maximize profitability.




- Coordinate with head office on marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to boost visibility and sales.

Skills

- Proven experience in sales growth and business development within the hospitality or retail sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple locations.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience supervising teams and fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills to engage staff, motivate teams, and build lasting customer relationships.

- Knowledge of health & safety standards relevant to food service establishments.
