We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our Paint & Assembly Department
Work Location & Schedule:
- Location: Innisfail, Alberta
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
What We're Looking For:
- A mechanically inclined individual
- Punctual, hardworking, and reliable
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Previous industrial painting or assembly experience is an asset
- Experience operating a forklift and working with rigging is an asset
- Physically capable of handling heavy components and equipment
What You'll Do:
- Prepare, prep, and paint finished products to a high standard of quality
- Operate airless paint equipment
- Assemble painted products and components
- Complete hydraulic assembly and installation
- Prepare finished products for final inspection
- Assist with loading and preparing finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with the production team to keep products delivered on time
