Location: Hybrid, Toronto, ON M4M 1B7

Work Arrangement: On-site Monday to Wednesday; remote Thursday and Friday

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Contract Duration: September 21, 2026 to September 20, 2027

About the Opportunity

We are currently hiring an Advisor, Asset Management Governance to support the ongoing reporting, documentation, governance, and maintenance of the Asset Management Program within the Integrated Management System for Gas Distribution and Storage (GDS).

Reporting to the Supervisor, Asset Management Governance , the successful candidate will coordinate governance activities, reporting, and interdependencies across concurrent GDS initiatives. This role will help advance asset management maturity, support the implementation and continuous improvement of related processes, and contribute to work across all asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, coordinate, facilitate, and maintain the Gas Distribution & Storage Asset Management Assurance Plan, including corrective and preventative actions.
- Support the development, implementation, and sustainment of GDS assurance tools, processes, and procedures.
- Prepare and deliver status and progress reports for working teams and senior management, including Quarterly Management Reviews.
- Draft processes, procedures, and job aids to support the continual improvement of Asset Management Governance.
- Maintain, update, and continuously improve the Asset Management SharePoint site, including site permissions.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to prioritize and facilitate solutions related to asset management and planning.
- Collaborate with the extended Asset Management & Governance team to deliver key messages and polished communications materials.
- Support the planning, facilitation,



and completion of Business Unit/Enterprise Asset Management maturity assessments and other enterprise-led assurance activities.
- Support the development, implementation, monitoring, and measurement of Asset Management metrics.
- Assist with the onboarding and ongoing support of recent subject matter experts within the Asset Management ecosystem.
- Communicate with stakeholders on technical and complex matters related to policies, procedures, and practices.
- Develop, execute, and maintain fit-for-purpose change management and communication plans.
- Act as the designated Management of Change (MOC) coordinator for the Asset Management Program.
- Support Integrated Management System and records administration for Asset Management.

Qualifications
- Related university degree with five or more years of relevant experience , or six or more years of field operations experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong document management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and support alignment across teams through flexible, practical, and results-oriented leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented,



with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work.
- Experience integrating planning inputs from multiple sources into clear, consolidated views that support team alignment, stakeholder communication, and senior-management decision-making.
- Experience supporting changes to organizational processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and utility financial management practices is considered an asset.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the energy industry, particularly in asset management, project management, engineering, or business development.
- Previous asset management experience.
- Understanding of utility core business functions, operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with change management approaches and organizational change initiatives.
- Experience working with senior management and executive audiences.
- Advanced SharePoint experience.
- Change management certification.

Working Conditions
- Office-based hybrid role.
- On-site Monday to Wednesday and remote Thursday and Friday.
- Less than 5% travel expected.

Compensation
- Pay Rate: $54-$64/hr per hour, plus 4% vacation pay.
- Compensation will be based on qualifications, relevant experience, and assignment requirements.
