Position Type:

Working closely with the Head Brewer, you will support day-to-day brewing, fermentation, packaging, and general production activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in brewing, winemaking, meadmaking, fermentation, or beverage production who enjoys practical, hands-on work.

This is a part-time, casual position with flexible scheduling. It may be a great fit for someone seeking additional income, seasonal work before the holiday season, a way to supplement their current employment, or a retired individual looking for meaningful casual work.

Responsibilities:

- Supporting the Head Brewer with daily brewing and production activities
- Assisting with fermentation and beverage production
- Following established recipes, procedures, and production schedules
- Contributing to recipe development and process improvements
- Monitoring fermentation and maintaining accurate production records
- Assisting with bottling, canning, labeling, and packaging
- Preparing finished products for sale and distribution
- Cleaning and sanitizing brewing and packaging equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe production environment
- Performing other general production duties as required

Qualifications:

- Passion for craft beverages and brewing.
- Experience in brewing, beverage production, or a related field is an asset but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.




- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
