Become the Assistant Manager for the Snowmaking and Grooming team at Blue Mountain Resort. Oversee a dedicated group ensuring optimal skiing conditions and a fun work environment throughout the year. This full time seasonal role directly reports to the Director of Slope Operations.

You will manage a team of Groomers, Snowmakers, and Heavy Equipment Operators, creating a community focused on delivering memorable mountain experiences. Candidates should bring extensive snowmaking or grooming experience and a passion for teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate grooming and snowmaking operations
- Set clear performance expectations and support team growth
- Develop schedules based on operational demands
- Coordinate safety regulations and respond to accidents
- Report equipment issues promptly to maintain services Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in snowmaking or grooming
- Experience supervising a team of 30+ preferred
- Outdoor work in extreme weather conditions
- Flexibility for day, overnight, and weekend shifts
