Northern
Health is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team at Rotary Manor. In alignment with Northern Health's vision, mission, values, and strategic priorities, the Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting the day-to-day operations of long-term care services. Working closely with the Manager, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality care while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do As the Assistant Manager, you will:
- Support daily operations within the long-term care setting.
- Assist with planning, coordination, implementation, evaluation, and administration of care services.
- Supervise and support staff while serving as a mentor, role model, and resource.
- Provide guidance and education to residents' families.
- Review and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, standards of care, staffing levels, and administrative systems.
- Promote a culture of quality improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to effectively coordinate services and resources.
Salary $90,770 - $130,481 annually Northern Health typically establishes salaries between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
Qualifications - A degree in a health-related discipline, Business, Human Resources, Disability Management, Workplace Health & Safety, Finance, or a related field.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of recent related healthcare experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
