Psychotherapy is seeking an EMDR-trained RP or MSW to enhance its dedicated team. This role requires expertise in evidence-based modalities such as EFT, IFS, or somatic approaches, with the option for virtual sessions as well. You'll benefit from a supportive environment with admin assistance while maintaining clinical autonomy. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 15+ clients per week at flexible times
- Provide therapy predominantly in-person with virtual options
- Utilize evidence-based modalities, including EMDR
- Engage with adults, couples, and, ideally, families
- Attend team meetings for peer support and case discussions Requirements:
- Registration with CRPO or OCSWSSW
- Professional liability insurance in effect
- Training and experience in EMDR required
- Strong foundation in trauma-informed practice
