Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Mississauga, CA The Salesforce Business Analyst will partner with Solution Architects to translate Manufacturing Cloud requirements into actionable deliverables This role ensures standard capabilities are implemented without introducing unnecessary customizations driving efficiency across core sales and service processes

Primary skills

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud capabilities

Expertise in requirements gathering user story creation and data mapping

Experience with sales processes pipeline forecasting quoting and service processes case management emailtocase

Ability to partner with architects and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions

Secondary skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities

Documentation and reporting proficiency for clear project deliverables

Adaptability to evolving business needs and Salesforce releases

Key Responsibilities

Translate Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud requirements into transparent user stories data mappings and acceptance criteria

Work across pipeline forecasting quoting case management emailtocase and sales processes to capture business needs

Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and implement standard Manufacturing Cloud features

Ensure solutions align with business objectives while avoiding nonstandard or custom scope

Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements

Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions

Conduct workshops discussions with business owners to understand existing processes pain points and ideal state scenarios

Define process optimization opportunities

Define roadmap and backlog





Manage various salesforce projects including gathering information planning and executing projects

Formulate and maintain salesforce solution documentation e g process flows data models and technical specifications

Works with the design team to ensure that the most significant business operations are addressed

Familiarity with the backlog grooming process attributes review and approval process

Excellent knowledge of Scrum AgileJira and Confluence

Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle SDLC

Work with QA and Development team to make them aware of E2E flow and process

Review and approval for Test Scripts Test Cases and Test results

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field

9 to 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Salesforce certifications Administrator Business Analyst or Consultant preferred

Familiarity with Manufacturing Cloud modules and standard Salesforce processes

Experience working with AgileScrum methodologies

Strong track record of delivering clear requirements and supporting successful implementations

Mandatory Skills : Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Communication Cloud, Salesforce Data Architecture, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud
