We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and replacing automotive glass with precision and care. The ideal candidate will have experience working in dealership settings or automotive repair shops, possess mechanical knowledge, and be comfortable using various hand and power tools.

Duties

- Remove damaged or broken automotive glass safely and efficiently




- Install current or replacement glass using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure proper sealing and fitting of glass to prevent leaks and wind noise
- Inspect vehicles for additional damages or issues related to glass installation
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to complete installations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols during all procedures

Requirements

- Prior auto glass experience is required
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or bending
- Mechanic experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license is required
