Dilawri Automotive Group is currently seeking a Service Advisors to join our dynamic team at our following dealerships: The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recommending and documenting service maintenance and repairs for customers. The successful candidate will know how to receive customers in a courteous and professional manner. Greet and welcoming of service customers and listens to their concerns Prepare repair orders, enter them into the database system and close the orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.

Provide service recommendations to customers including estimating costs Ensure customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers standards Other service related duties as required Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience. Automotive sector experience is a strong asset.



Must have great customer service and listening skills Ability to manage warranty administration would be an asset Strong computer skill and Reynolds experience is an asset Dilawri Automotive Group is the leading automotive retailer in Eastern Ontario with over 400 employees and 10 dealerships located in Ottawa.
