Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and professionally, listening carefully to their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance services, ensuring customers understand their options
- Write detailed repair orders and accurately document vehicle information for technicians
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and communicate estimated completion times to customers
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle needs while maintaining transparency and integrity
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain proper cash handling procedures




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business opportunities

Skills

- Proven dealership experience or background in automotive sales or service advising
- Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training to effectively communicate with technicians and customers
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor that fosters trust and loyalty
- Ability to upsell services tactfully while maintaining honesty and transparency with clients
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical information clearly to non-experts
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes, parts ordering, and warranty procedures
- Competence in handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
