HR is seeking a licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Full-time (some Saturdays required)
Compensation (flat rate): $65,771 – $105,184 annually (based on experience and productivity)
Duties:
- Diagnose, repair, and service vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Perform work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Accurately complete repair orders and documentation
- Assist with vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Work independently while collaborating with team members to ensure the timely completion of work orders
- Uphold high standards of customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations clearly to clients
- Adhere to workplace health and safety policies in accordance with Ontario regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician certification (preferred)
- Diesel repair credentials (asset)
- Prior experience working with hand tools and power tools in an automotive setting
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
