Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manager/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing the bar area. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math for billing.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and responding to inquiries about drinks and menu items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service environment.





Qualifications

- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a bartending or food service role.
- Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
